This was the header for my blog before I started making my own one. Cropped the HEART from a photo which I found on tumblr(I think, can't remember). Used this for quite long & decided to make my own one!

Made this & was quite satisfied with the results. It also suits my blog perfectly. I want this blog to be soft & just simple, easier for the readers to read. Then I decided to change my blog name from the boring Cheyenne's ♥ to a better one. Was thinking of some interesting blog title but couldn't think of any other than Cheyenne & Ethan(my Canon EOS 550D which is currently with Canon, story in the next post maybe), since my blog is full of pictures which are taken by Ethan, I decided to change my blog title to Cheyenne & Ethan. So now you're in Cheyenne's blog -- Cheyenne & Ethan. I'm not gonna change my blog url though, cheyenne-wan.blogspot.com is simple & easy to remember! Oh then I decided to add font to my blog header.

And now I'm done, this is my current blog header(and I might change it soon when I'm not lazy) -

Hope you guys enjoyed this set of photos! Thought of going for another shoot at the same place but with helium balloons(or maybe just normal pastel coloured balloons) this time. But the weather nowadays is stopping me from going out, it's just too hot! Oh but maybe the sunflare will make my photos prettier? Mmm, we'll see.

Some leftovers from THIS shoot.

School tomorrow. After two months, I'm back to being a miserable high school student. I would love to go school if there were no exams and teachers were actually nicer to the students. But the reality is, there are exams and some teachers are worse than some students. I shouldn't complain so much. Just one more year then I'll be done with highschool. Time flies so fast, I believe this last year will fly very fast too. I'll be sitting for SPM this year and this sucks. Hopefully I'll spend more time on books and not just Twitter, Instagram & Facebook. I should stop being a lazy girl but this is gonna be hard. I just want to enjoy this last year of high school & have really good memories with the lovely friends(and maybe teachers? *cough*). Since this is the last year, I'll try to be a better student. God bless me. And you.

Showing you guys my shoes collection which I keep in my room. I actually have more but I sold them away(just to get money to buy new ones haha). I don't have as many as others, actually I don't wear them often because they hurt badly after walking for hours. I still prefer wearing flats & slippers, so comfortable! I have uncountable flats(I LOVE THEM) & slippers downstairs so no pictures!

I HAVE TO SAY THESE PAIRS LOOK SO MUCH BETTER IN REAL LIFE. I'M SO SORRY FOR THE BAD PHOTOS!

365 days have passed, say hello to a brand new year

Goodbye 2011, a year that I will remember forever & ever.

What has happened in 2011? So much, so so so many heartbreaking news in just a year. I'm amazed that a 16-year-old girl, me, gone through all that I had to face earlier. I can honestly admit that I was weak at first but now, everything happened made me stronger. I can say, I'm strong now even though I still cry easily while watching dramas. In this year, I have tried the feeling when you can't sleep because you miss someone too much and yet you can't see them with your own pair of eyes anymore. I have tried crying myself to sleep because it hurts too much for me to take. I have tried sleeping with a totally broken heart. I have tried waking up from my sleep realizing something is missing, and a deep hole in my heart. I have tried the feeling when you got shot straight through your heart. I have experienced something that I never thought I have to experience. I was a broken-hearted girl. Most of all, I have learned a lot in just a year. I learned that life is short, you will never know when you will leave this earth. I learned that I only live once, so why not do what I love & live life to the max? I learned that everything happens for a reason. I learned to be strong. I'm proud of myself, I'm really proud. I never thought Cheyenne was this strong, I never thought Cheyenne wouldn't give up. Yes, I did not give up when everything was going wrong, when everything was hurting me so badly. Actually, I never thought of giving up. I was positive and that made me where I am right now. No matter how hard your life can get, never give up. Never ever give up. After that, you'll be amazed by how far you've gone.

In this bad year, many people lost the ones they love, including me. 5 deaths in a year is really really really heartbreaking. On 30th of March, I lost a friend, a friend that once called me 'dear', a friend that I love. Read more here.

(I don't want to write more(I have A LOT more to write) because I think there are things which I should keep to myself, and also I should probably start writing a diary, not an open diary.)

In 2012, I will start living today like my last. I will appreciate everyone around me. I will show my family & friends how much I love them. I will not stop chasing my dreams. I will be a better person.

I will live my life with no regrets.

Redecorated my purple walls in this week. Got bored of my old one so I added some new stuffs to it. Brand new year, brand new walls. The walls are not completely done yet, especially the tree branch part. Gonna print out some photos to fill up those empty white frames. I'm not creative I know, I don't have many pretty stuffs, most of them are on my two white tables(maybe I'll show soon). One of the reasons is because I wasn't inspired so I just simply came up with lame ideas for my walls. I'm kinda satisfied with it now but I might change my mind real soon. Mmm..

Bought some pretty notebooks last week. Thought of writing a diary with pretty photos/instax in it. The deer with a mushroom & Eiffel Tower ones were supposed to be Christmas presents but I kept them to myself in the end.. My favourite is the blue one!

Now I'm waiting for some new shoes, gonna buy them for Chinese New Year! CNY is coming, shop now before it's too late! :)

Hello loves, I'm gonna share about the must have iPhone/iPad photography apps which I love love love! Don't worry, all of them are F-R-E-E! :) I just can't bring myself to buy those photography apps eventhough there are some which I really want. *I'M NOT A PRO*

1. Instagram(my all-time-fav!)
There's 16 filters -- Amaro; Rise; Hudson; X-pro ll; Lomo-fi; Earlybird; Sutro; Toaster; Brannan; Inkwell; Walden; Valencia; Nashville; 1977; Kelvin. I was an earlybird freak until Instagram updated & changed the earlybird filter. Now, I prefer editing my photos on Photoscape then only post on Instagam. But new Instagram filters are nice too, the one I like most now is Rise. And best part of Instagram is, you get to meet lovely people from all over the world! Yes, I've met a lot of them & I really like them, they are nice, really nice! The only thing I don't like about Instagram is they will zoom(or maybe you call it crop) our photos and make it SQUARE. Oh and they don't have iPad version YET(I hope soon). Oh & if you don't want instagram to zoom your photos, use the app 'squaready'.

2.Gifrus
The people that like pinkish soft photos, Gifrus is the best app for you! There's lots of filters for this app too. My favourite is 'Film' which gives the photos pinkish & soft effect. I think girls would love this a lot. And also you can do collage, maximum is only 4 photos though. Oh and this app will crop your photo into the size of Instagram(fit perfectly on instagram). Install & try the other filters out! You might prefer the others ;)

TIP: Your original photos must be kinda soft if you want pretty soft pink effects.

3. BeFunky
You like vintage effects? Yes? I do! I loveee the Vintage 1(more to purple vintage-like) & Vintage 2(more to green vintage-like). I don't really like other apps, but maybe you do? They also have this thing which I absolutely love - instax frame(I don't know what to name it)! And also other frames.

I used Gifrus to combine them!

4. MagicHour
I don't really use this app but I still do, sometimes. This depends a lot on your original photos, and the filters are quite good. For the free MagicHour app, you can download 3 EXTRA filters(you can choose on your own), if you upgrade to the pro which you have to pay then I guess you can have unlimited downloads. They also zoom the photos to fit instagram perfectly.

For this I'm gonna use same photo to show you the differences. And I'm sure they look way better on your iPhone/iPad.

I kinda like this app. There's lots of filters for this too! And you also can add more effects like lights, bokeh on the photos. And also frames, there are A LOT of frames!

Blogging from the iPad. These photos are taken with iPad's bad camera so I'm sorry for the bad quality. Anw these are the stuffs I'm bringing for tomorrow's outdoor shoot. There are more actually. The shoot wouldn't be perfect without helium balloons so I'm not expecting much. Really wanted to get helium balloons but I don't know where to get, will def get it for the next shoot(if there is). Just another set of photos. I personally prefer shooting indoor because it's easier for me to edit the photos. For this series, the original photos are quite bad because I shot on a gloomy day & lights were off. I wasn't in the mood to shoot that day because I actually wanted to play with fairylights(soft series) but I failed so I was kinda frustrated & just put the fairylights aside. I tried my best to edit to soft & dreamy(which I really want!) but I guess I failed, I will try harder next time, with better original photos! Hope you enjoyed this lil' series, which I'm not really satisfied with. I'll keep improving. Oh and yes, I love white.

TUTORIAL - pastel coloured papers wall bunting

I have no idea why am I doing this, maybe I'm too free or maybe I wanna make this blog prettier with all these pastel coloured photos, hahaha! It's not really nice but I guess it's not bad.. I'm gonna do another one using floral fabrics soon!

Things you will need -
Colour papers(the colours you want)
Wooden pegs(you can get it from Daiso)
String
Scissors(mine is mini because I was lazy to find the normal ones)
Removable adhesive(I use Faber Castell Tack-It)

First, cut triangle shapes out. Or maybe you prefer to print the shapes out on these colour papers. For me, I didn't draw or print, I just cut it that's why my flags are all in different sizes!

And you'll get something like this -

Then using your wooden peg, clip on the flags.

Then cut your string, length is up to you, depends on how many flags you have!

Then clip your wooden peg(with flags) on the string! AND YOU ARE DONE!

You will get something like this -

Using this removable adhesive, secure the end of the string of flags at both end. And stick it on your wall!

Hopefully this tutorial helps. This is my first time and hopefully I don't get any negative comments. I'm really bad at explaining(but I guess the steps are easy to follow?). If you are blur & have any questions, ask me okay!

I'm soooo sick of staying at home doing nothing. I wanna go out. I wanna go shopping. I wanna eat some nice food. Oh I'll be going Genting with my noisy friends on Wednesday! Finally. It's gonna be fun fun fun! Anw, changed my sidebar's photos just now because I was really bored. It's floral now, goodbye polka dots! Wanted to find some crochet/lace ones but I couldn't find it so I used floral. I also wanted to change my background to floral like my old one but I realized white is so much neater so I'm gonna stick to white. I'm gonna make my own header when I have Photoshop. Maybe I'll use the same floral prints. Can't wait! :)

Today, 15/11/11, while I was holding a yellow balloon, running around in a field waiting for my friend to take photo of me, I received a really shocking news & my whole heart just sank. A teacher from my school passed away. He had been fighting with cancer for months and now he's finally free, free from the pain & suffering he had to go through earlier. I still remember his face clearly. He is the cutest teacher with his glasses half hanging, always holding a cane & chasing students in my school. But no, he's not scary, he's just doing his job as a discipline teacher & I'm sure he did a good job, as a teacher & also a husband. I remember visiting him while he was sick, the wife told us that he wanted to recover fast & go back to school to teach his students again. This teacher is really irreplaceable. He was still thinking about his students while he was suffering. He was a great man. A really good one. May you rest in peace Mr Ang Tun Seng, you'll be missed dearly by SMK Subang Utama's students. We'll remember you always. Stay strong, Mrs Ang. x

2011 is the worst year so far. First, I lost a good friend who loved me so much. Now, another great teacher. Please, enough heartbreaking news in this year. Time, just pass faster & let's welcome 2012 with big smile on our faces. Let's be strong together. Remember, everything happens for a reason. Smile, I'm sure the two warriors up there want to see us smile. Let's appreciate life & whatever we have before it's too late. Life is really unpredictable.

Wayne brought me out the other day, one of the places we went was Wondermilk @ Citta Mall. I love love love their interior designs. White, flowers, animal photo frames(my favourite, mad love!), pretty buntings, cute cupcakes wallpaper, a string with photos, ah so lovely! Tried their cupcakes for the very first time, it's really nice but kinda expensive though. RM4.50 for a tiny cupcake. I think Wondermilk is a nice place to chill with your friends, sitting down enjoying cupcake while talking about life. Mmm that sounds pretty good.

Oh and I wanted to try their pretty cupcakes so I bought 6 pieces home --

Some photos I took weeks ago. You saw that white cupcake holder? It's my birthday present from the lovely girls -- Amelia & Jennifer. And that small white thing to hang accessories or maybe just for decoration, is from Jia Wei, she bought it from Japan. And the accessories are all mine.

Right now, I'm just sitting on my bed, listening to Joe Brooks & Jay Chou, editing photos, thinking about Big Apple donuts & Carls Jr burger. I'm feeling so lifeless. I wanna love Ethan more, bring me out somebody anybody. x

Hi lovely people who are reading this, I thought of writing about myself to let you guys know more about me since my profile at the sidebar only shows that I'm a daydreamer & I dream big. I'm not sure whether you're interested in knowing more about me or not but I'll just write it here :)

Firstly, I'm defnitely a girl who loves to dress up. Yeah, I'm a fashion junkie! I have to say I prefer girly style, like lace, chiffon, floral, bow & girly patterns in pretty colours. And my favourite colour is nude. I buy stuffs which I can afford on my own. Honestly, I don't like spending my parents' money eventhough they are generous when it comes to buying me stuffs. I will feed bad after using their money. I don't have any specific brand that I love but I really adore Chanel(no way I can afford them now!). Maybe in the future, I'll own lots of Chanel's stuffs? Hehe, I'm dreaming big again!

Secondly, I love love love cameras. From vintage cameras to toy cameras, I love them all! I collect cameras too. Sad to say my collection for now is not really nice. I wanna have more vintage cameras, like slr! But they are expensive & I'm still a student :( Oh & I'm also a sucker for vintage, white & floral stuffs. Vintage suitcases, typewriters, books, ah I just love them all! For white stuffs, I actually meant white interior, I'm truly a sucker for beautiful white interior designs! I've always wanted my house to be in white in the future. For floral, you say, which girl doesn't like floral stuffs? ;)

I'm also a girl who dreams to travel around the world. I like to travel, and I really love pretty buildings. The 3 places I MUST visit in the future -- Paris, London & New York, MUST! But other than that 3 places, there's still lots of places I'd like to visit! Just around the whole world, with my dearest camera :)

For photography, I'm def not a photographer but I really do enjoy photography. I don't really know how to explain what type I love, but if you keep reading my blog, you'll notice! And of course, I love soft & dreamy photos. I still can't really edit my photos the way I want but I'll keep learning & one day I will have beautiful tones in my photos!

Mmm.. I can't really think of others right now. I'll just make others short okay? :)

On a Thursday, English tuition teacher taught us about poetry & he asked us to write our own poetry about someone/something or just anything. The first person who came to my mind was E Kent, and of course, I wrote about him, but it was my first time writing a poetry so it kinda sucked. Some of my tuition friends are so talented, I loved their poetries!

Here's my favourite one, written by my tall tuition friend --

Words Untold, Memories Unfold

You gave me hope, you led me on,
then he came in, you left me, torn.
I told myself, “love is a con”,
yet I wait for your call, from night ‘till morn.

The sad thing was, that the phone didn’t ring,
the morning was silent, the birds did not sing.
Perhaps they knew, my heart was a broken thing,
like a once proud eagle, having a broken wing.

I kept on waiting, hoping that you’d know,
my heart was hurting, my emotions were low.
I kept some secrets, but this, you must know,
every time I see you, my tears, for you, they flow.

Every day I stumble, upon a question with no answer,
“Do you know how I feel?”, “Do you even bother?” .
When you left me like that, I cried you a river,
but you never ever asked, if I got better.

But the sadness flew away, like a young free dove,
replaced with a hope, that you find your true love.
I’ll miss your warmth, like that of a winter glove,
And your touch so soft, like the clouds high above.

I don't know what do you think about it, but I think it was a meaningful poetry and I really loved it. I was surprised when I read my Facebook inbox that day. I saw a file which was sent by the tall guy, I opened up & read the poetry he wrote without feeling special until I saw 'Now join the 1st alphabet of each line…', it was C H E Y E N N E. It was a big surprise, I've always wanted someone to write me a poetry! And now he did, but please don't misunderstand, he wrote it as a friend :)

Here's the poetry he wrote me --

Untitled

Center these thoughts unto you,
How beautiful you are, how true,
Engrave this gift into you,
Your soothing light shines through.

Every thought, word, and action,
Never fails to end depression,
Not knowing you’re the reason,
Every day I seek your attention.

I'm a failure..

It's 318am & I just had supper with the lil' bro, Ian half an hour ago.

I just went through my old posts & found out my post on 1/1/11, about my new year(2011) resolutions.

New Year resolution -
1. Get nicer body
2. Grow taller
3. Start gym & yoga
4. Earn more money
5. Study hard(er)
6. Be serious in things I do

For the first one, get nicer body, for this I have to say -- I FAILED MISERABLY. I'm not even skinny now, forget about 'nicer' body. I don't think I can grow any taller & my current height is only 165cm. About starting gym & yoga, this is another FAIL. I really wanted to start but my laziness in me won't let me, I need to stop it from stopping me! I need to start to keep fit! For earning more money, I think I spent more than I earned, so it's another fail. Study hard(er), yeah there's er, so this is not a fail. I did study harder than I did last year, but my results still sucked because I didn't really put in effort, so I deserved it. For the last one, be serious in things I do, for this I'm not sure but I guess it's another fail since I didn't take my studies seriously.

Yeah, you know it -- I'M A FAILURE.

Should I go like wuuwuuu? Obviously no. I'll try harder, and harder, and harder. Well that's what I say for now, I'll probably change my mind the next day, or maybe minute. Hahaha! So, we'll see :)

It's 327am now, I'm off to bed to dream about anybody that misses me. Muchlove x

So I'm finally done with Form 4. Time flies so fast, and I don't know is it a good or bad thing. Sometimes I wish time will pass faster but sometimes I wish that time will pass slower.. In another 2 months, I'll be studying for Form5 already, that sucks. 2011 passed so fast, I still remember everything that has happened in this year. 2011 is really a tough year, maybe not to you, but it is really tough for me. It's really full of ups & downs. In this year, I've lost a good friend that I love so much, and also met lots of new good friends. I always wonder, is life fair? Maybe it's just the way I see it. And I've learned that complaining won't bring me anywhere but I still can't help it. Cheyenne, Cheyenne..

I see there's so many viruses in my chatbox, and I'm kinda annoyed with it. So I've decided to delete it. If you have anything to ask me, or maybe to prove me that you're here reading my blog, or maybe anything nice to say(hahahaha!), you can leave a comment. I'll be nice, I promise! :)

Last subject of finals which is Chinese tomorrow! Can't wait to get done with it even though my holiday mode is already on since Monday! I'll try to keep this site updated daily(maybe not or else it will be damn boring!) with new photos & story of my life. But for now I need to study a lil' of Chinese essay & then off to bed soon! I'm now listening to The Script. Their songs are so good, there's no words to describe. See ya soon readers! Just like any other girl's problem -- FAT

I know I don't look fat, I mean, to all of you I look skinny. But the truth is I AM NOT. I'm serious. I admit, I used to be skinny, used to have FLAT stomach, used to exercise so I was skinny without controlling my diet. But now, I don't even wanna look at myself in the mirror. I've gained like...I don't know how many kg. But yeah, I'm so far away from my dream weight which is 44kg. I really need to start exercising. I need to start hitting the gym, jogging, swimming & playing volleyball. I can't even fit into most of my bottoms now! And I don't look good in anything & everything I wear now. This is sad. Looking at my old photos make me sad too.. Cheyenne is no longer 'skinny'. BUT SOON. You'll see the old Cheyenne again. I'M. MOTIVATED. TO. LOSE. WEIGHT. And tummy & of course the damn thigh fats! Urgh how much I hate them.. Not to forget about my arms, they are huge now.

I live a life which is full of ups & downs. When you see me smile, my heart might be crying; when you see me cry, I might be crying out of joy. Yeah, I'm pretty complicated! I don't break down easily, I always tell myself tomorrow will be a better day. Everytime when I was about to cry, I'll look up & tell myself to be strong. But sometimes, it's much better to let it all out and feel comfortable after that.

I used to complain so much about my life, my looks, my body & just everything. Then I realized it's wrong to do so. God gave me a life to live. There's so many people out there are struggling to live, are fighting hard with cancer, are suffering because of insufficient food & so on. I used to complain about having small eyes, until I realized I should be grateful because there are so many blind people that don't even have a chance to see this beautiful world. Think before you complain about your family, there's so many orphans out there that would die for family's love. True that we won't appreciate someone/something until they are gone. It happened to me once, and I really hope there won't be the second time.

I thank God everyday for the lovely family I have, the caring friends I have, the food & shelter I need. I pray for the strength I need to go through the difficulties I meet in life.. I will be a better person.

I loved the sunlight the other day so I took out Ethan which was dumped aside & started shooting like a happy girl. Shooting when there's sunlight is the best. It gives your photos the natural effect which I really love. You don't even need to edit to have nice photos(I don't mean mine). I'm bored of my own photos. My style is so boring.. In need of inspirations!

My favourite. Haven't start shooting with it yet. It's on my table & I love how it gives my table the vintage look, especially when it's paired with my vintage floral suitcase & all those white and stuffs together. Mad loveee!

I'm not that kind of girl who wants to celebrate in high class restaurants, receiving expensive presents or anything like that. I just want a happy & memorable birthday.

Celebrated my birthday with the family @ Las Carrestas, I love love love that place! It gives me a warm feeling. And the foods are good too :) Oh btw I suck in taking pictures of foods lol. The waiters there sang birthday song for me & printed a photo for me! So cooool! ♥ I was a happy girl that night, and Wayne bought me cake! ♥

MTV World Stage Live In Malaysia 2011

It was awesome if you ignore some disturbing parts! We were all 'fake' fans that day, screamed our lungs out! Jinnyboy from hitz.fm took some pictures & a video of us with the cute hitz.fm bearrr! :D

First to last performances -

Pop Shuvit, the Malaysia band was really really good, even though I only know one of their songs haha! Beast was really good too, love their Fiction & On Rainy Days, nice songs! Neon Trees was super good, I love love love the female drummer, super cool! For 30STM, needless to say, the best but there were lots of annoying things done by the fans. I really loved the acoustic version of 30STM's Hurricane(the crowd was not really noisy during this song compared to the other songs).
Jared Leto was so friendly, he invited some people to go on the stage to join him. During the last song, Kings & Queens, lots of people went up the stage, we were trying to but there were too many people pushing around! I got really mad, screamed STOP PUSHING LAH but got ignored and they continued to push. Until I got really really mad and screamed again, some of the people stoned at me and that's when I went out from the super crowded crowd! I know if I can't stand people squeezing & pushing around I shouldn't go for events like this BUT they were really over, they thought it was funny! PFFT.

This is one of the cameras I've been wanting to get since forever. Finally found Wayne's friend who's selling it at a really affordable price, ordered it without thinking twice. It reached me after 2-3 weeks, along with Mr Pink. This was originally mine but something happened so I had to give it to Evelyn, and keep the Mr Pink. I was deciding which to get before ordering but I think God decided it for me :) It also came with instant backs which is for instax, I luvv it so much! One of my main purpose to get it is because of the instant back, don't you know that I love instax?! ;)

So now, I'm a proud owner of my baby Mr Pink. I'll get the films as soon as possible & start shooting. And I'll share the photos here.

And if you don't know me well enough, I'm a sucker for cameras, especially cute lomo cameras. I luvv them to the max! I'm planning to get another two when my bank balance allows me to. Soon.. I'll be proud owners of White Slim Angel & Gakkenflex TLR ♥

A really touching love story -

My grandparents were married for over half a century, and played their own special game from the time they had met each other. The goal of their game was to write the word "shmily" in a surprise place for the other to find. They took turns leaving "shmily" around the house, and as soon as one of them discovered it, it was their turn to hide it once more.

They dragged "shmily" with their fingers through the sugar and flour containers to await whoever was preparing the next meal. They smeared it in the dew on the windows overlooking the patio where my grandma always fed us warm, homemade pudding with blue food coloring.

"Shmily" was written in the steam left on the mirror after a hot shower, where it would reappear bath after bath. At one point, my grandmother even unrolled an entire roll of toilet paper to leave shmily on the very last sheet.

There was no end to the places "shmily" would pop up. Little notes with "shmily" scribbled hurriedly were found on dashboards and car seats, or taped to steering wheels. The notes were stuffed inside shoes and left under pillows. "Shmily" was written in the dust upon the mantel and traced in the ashes of the fireplace. This mysterious word was as much a part of my grandparents' house as the furniture.

It took me a long time before I was able to fully appreciate my grandparents' game. Skepticism has kept me from believing in true love that is pure and enduring. However, I never doubted my grandparents' relationship. They had love down pat. It was more than their flirtatious little games; it was a way of life. Their relationship was based on a devotion and passionate affection which not everyone is lucky enough to experience.

Grandma and Grandpa held hands every chance they could. They stole kisses as they bumped into each other in their tiny kitchen. They finished each other's sentences and shared the daily crossword puzzle and word jumble.

My grandma whispered to me about how cute my grandpa was, how handsome an old man he had grown to be. She claimed that she really knew "how to pick 'em." Before every meal they bowed heads and gave thanks, marveling at their blessings: a wonderful family, good fortune, and each other.

But there was a dark cloud in my grandparents' life: my grandmother had breast cancer. The disease had first appeared ten years earlier. As always, Grandpa was with her every step of the way. He comforted her in their yellow room, painted that color so she could always be surrounded by sunshine, even when she was too sick to go outside.

Now the cancer was once again attacking her body. With the help of a cane and my grandfather's steady hand, they still went to church every morning. But my grandmother grew steadily weaker until, finally, she could not leave the house anymore. For a while, Grandpa would go to church alone, praying to God to watch over his wife. Then one day, what we all dreaded finally happened. Grandma was gone.

"Shmily." It was scrawled in yellow on the pink ribbons of my grandmother's funeral bouquet. As the crowd thinned and the last mourners turned to leave, my aunts, uncles, cousins and other family members came forward and gathered around Grandma one last time.

Grandpa stepped up to my grandmother's casket and, taking a shaky breath, he began to sing to her. Through his tears and grief, the song came, a deep and throaty lullaby.

Shaking with my own sorrow, I will never forget that moment. For I knew then that, although I couldn't begin to fathom the depth of their love, I had been privileged to witness its unmatched beauty.

One thing I love about Korea's skincare/whatever products, the packagings are too cute, you just have to buy them even though some of them don't work well on your skin! And they are so cheap! For me, I love Etude House's products, I always grab a lot during sale hehehe. I'm not good in make-up & all these so cheap stuffs are more than enough for me :)

This is imported all the way from Korea! Thanks to a girl who is kind enough to get it for us during her homestay in Korea. Thanks a lot, Estee! :)

I'm not sure whether this works on my skin well or not because I'm still using SK-II, was planning to use Hada Labo after but I guess I will use this egg first. The white one is for morning use & the orange one is for evening use(I think, it's better for you to google for more information). It helps to remove blackheads. Oh and it smells very nice! And yes it is very cheap, RM23 only, but I'm not sure whether you can find it in Malaysia or not. Remember to grab one when you see it & try using it :)

I was really bored so I dressed myself up and took some pictures with my new top & shades!

Have you noticed my terrible eyebags & dark circles?! Oh how much I hate them. But I just can't bring myself to sleep earlier(I sleep at around 12-1 during school time & now 2-3 during holiday). And that explained my terrible skin condition, even SK-II can't help me much :(

Oh and recently, I'm in love with anything in nude(esp nude heels OMG) & knitted/cute socks! They look so good together! :{D

Firstly, the owner, Sarah is really really friendly. As a student, I still can't do online transfer since I'm underage to have my own account. She as the most patient owner, always order for me first and give me some time to bank in the full amount into her bank account. As you know, I'm a really fussy girl who always change her mind. And Sarah is willing to entertain me, answer my questions patiently unlike other blogshops(some show attitude pfft). Normally cheap stuffs don't come with good quality, but Agape Boutique proved you wrong. I've bought from her for some time already, her stuffs are always in good quality, I guarantee you that :)

For lazy shoppers who are lazy to go to the malls to hunt for shoes, shop @ Agape Boutique right now! I'm sure you will not leave without ordering something, bwahahaha! :P

Dear E Kent♥, how are you in Heaven? Enjoying your favourite peanut butter? I really hope you're reading this or watching me to type this because I mean everything I type here.

First of all, I still can't accept the fact that you're gone forever, I feel like I'm dreaming because everything seem so untrue. I really really miss you very much.

Thinking back our past when we were together hurts me badly. We were close classmates during form 1. During form 2, we got even closer with each other. You really loved me so so much & of course I loved you too, you're always there when I need you, always care for me, always give me your good advices & you always write me letters to tell me how much you love me. And we used to play maple together, remember? You always stalk me!! And you were SO shy whene we were together, hahaha! But I still don't get it, why you like me ahhh, tell me in my dreams! Oh yeah, I remember you liked me during std6 also when we don't even know each other. Hahaha I'm really special to you right fishy! AND YOU ALWAYS SAY I'M YOUR PIG! And you're my fish hahaha :') After a few months of being together happily, I left you without a good reason.. Your blog title was a happy title but after we broke up, your title changed to 'Trapped in My World, lone once more', I'm quite sure it's for me since you changed it right after. Do I really mean so much to you fishy? I really want to know. But still, I hope I did make you really happy because you did make me very very happy, and I appreciate you as my special friend, dear E Kent. I'm sorry for all the things that I've done, for hurting you & making you sad/unhappy, but it's too late to mean it now, sigh..

The feeling of losing someone who is so important is indescribable. You're such a strong man, you didn't complain a word when you were in such bad situation, only when the times were really tough for you. What did you do to deserve all these? Nothing. You really deserved better, because you're so close to perfect. You didn't question/complain anything so I don't think I have the rights to. Maybe you're too perfect that's why God doesn't want you to suffer more in this cruel world. Good people get to enjoy first, right?

You've suffered enough at such young age, you never stopped fighting, but your body could not take it any longer.. Rest well dear E Kent. I promise, you'll be in my heart forever & ever.
